Terms of Service — ArcNeural Cyber

1. Who we are

ArcNeural Cyber UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered in Berlin, Germany (HRB 234567 B). "We", "us" or "ArcNeural" in these terms refers to that entity.

2. What you're buying

When you purchase an overlay pack or Discord template you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that product on channels or servers you own or operate for commercial livestreaming purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files.

3. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason by emailing admin@arcneural.store. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. All-Access memberships can be cancelled at any time; you keep download access for 30 days after cancellation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ArcNeural products in content that is defamatory, promotes hate, or violates platform terms (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Kick). We reserve the right to revoke licenses for accounts we determine to be in violation.

5. Custom work

Commissions are quoted individually and governed by a separate statement of work. Deposits are 50% up front, non-refundable once production begins.

6. Liability

ArcNeural products are provided "as is". We warrant that files will open in the software versions listed on the product page but make no other guarantees. Our maximum liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice via email to registered customers. Continued use of ArcNeural products after changes constitutes acceptance.
