Data we collect
When you buy a pack we collect your email, name, billing country, and the last four digits of your payment method. That's it. We don't collect analytics beyond aggregate page views (via Plausible, cookieless).
Why we collect it
To deliver your download, issue receipts, comply with EU tax obligations, and email you when a pack you own gets a free update. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Customer records are stored on servers in Frankfurt (EU). Payments are processed by Stripe (US/EU), governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Email is sent through Resend (EU region).
How long we keep it
Customer records: 7 years, as required by German tax law. Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe. Support emails: 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or a portable export at any time by emailing admin@arcneural.store. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one strictly-necessary cookie to keep you logged in to your download dashboard. No advertising or tracking cookies. No consent banner needed because we don't collect anything that would require one.
